Service delivery involves, Developing applications using pre-ready-to-manufacture (RTM) Microsoft products and technologies like: VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL server, Yukon, XML web services, SOAP and BizTalk Server. Our focus includes continuous process improvements using six sigma and TSP/PSP. Also Managing Microsoft’s World Wide IT infrastructure: - Which consists of over 7000 servers and 300,000 client devices spread across 400 locations worldwide and being used by 89,000 end users.
With services ranging from server and network operations to software deployment and end-user technical support, MS IT India partners with the IT teams in Redmond to deliver bleeding edge information technology solutions that ensure predictable and trustworthy services for customers, clients and partners.
Finance Manager will provide superior analytical horsepower and lead the financial planning, analysis & reporting for various IT groups at MS IT India. He or she will be expected to work very closely with MS IT India leaders, MS IT Finance teams at Redmond, long range planning, demand forecasting, cost optimization, modeling and ad hoc analysis basing all of this support on strong business, partnering and analytical skills.
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, analytical and impactful finance professional. You should be able to work at the highest, big picture level and also dive deep into the details and execute on process. Use your financial management skills, experience and business acumen to partner with MSIT leaders to drive business insight and business excellence. In this role, you will partner with the MSIT leadership team on financial planning, manage MSIT financial reporting and analysis (Including Ad hoc) processes/tools/events, develop key performance metrics, benchmark performance with the industry, and manage relationships with key partner groups in India and in the US. You will contribute to the company’s business planning processes including mid-year reviews, strategy reviews and business plan reviews.
Required:
1. Qualified CA / ICWA / CIMA / MBA ( Finance ) from Reputed Institute, with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience preferably in the high tech industry
2. Skills : Quantitative modeling ability, excellent analytical skills, interpretation of numbers, customer focus, business partnering , problem solving, ability to deal with ambiguity in changing business requirements
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly strong with cross-group collaboration and driving executive level communications & presentations.
4. The candidate must have the confidence and fortitude to contribute as an integral part of the team.
