POSITION -  1 
Job: Financial/Business Analyst
Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA
Relevant Experience: 6-7 Years
• 6-7 years of demonstrated work experience in Finance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments and work through cross group collaboration.
• Advanced PC skills in spreadsheet and relational database applications required.
• Willingness to travel, as required.
Role:
The role of the financial/business analyst is to understand the business goals, objectives and strategies of an organization and to use that knowledge to help design and implement new business systems that align with the business vision.
Using a variety of communication skills (e.g. interviews, meetings, and facilitated sessions) and by analyzing business processes, data and systems, the business analyst develops a series of business and system models that are used by the business to better understand itself and to plan and design a future state business model.
The business analyst should be able to see the big picture as well as barriers and enablers. Business analysts must be comfortable working with "specialists" in diverse roles and to understand the business from many diverse perspectives.
Following are the key roles & responsibilities of a business analyst:
• Work closely with the MGSCI Controller
• Drive monthly P&L reviews & help monitor financial efficiencies and targets
• Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results
• Help run an efficient Rhythm of Business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of business
• Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results
• Benchmarking, measurement & optimization analysis
• Support the Business Management Office in business priorities / trade-offs, as well as investments to land the Org scorecard and commitments
• Provide insights on Business metrics
• Gather data/information for the development of measures and reports for historical and/or predictive analysis within the business unit.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and conduct various ad hoc analysis
• Interpret and communicate business analysis and business information
• Identify and initiate process improvements to improve business processes.

        Subject matter expertise with Excel is required

 Accounting Manager
 End to End ownership of all controllership for One Legal Entity
 This is an individual contributor role but will work very closely with the respective leads in each function and manage through impact and influence
Reporting:
 Reports to Hyderabad Financial Controller, who has overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, statutory compliances for all business units in Hyderabad. The Hyderabad Finance Controller position reports to the India Finance Controller

Book Keeping, Accounting and Close processes
Work closely with the Accenture BPO teams to drive accuracy and completeness on accounting and month close processes
Responsible to maintain and monitor books for various requirements; a) US GAAP accounts for parent company b) Statutory books for Indian Company law/ Indian GAAP c) Tax books as per Income-Tax requirements
Responsible for evangelism and implementation of finance policies and practices
Responsible for implementation of Sox related compliances
Statutory Compliance and Governance
Responsible for all tax, statutory and regulatory compliances of the legal entity– IT, IDT, RBI, IT, ROC etc.
Responsible for Transfer Pricing study and compliance of all contemporaneous documentation requirements mandated by law and practice
Responsible to ensure that all statutory compliances including adhering to FEMA rules are followed while handling all foreign currency transactions.
Driving toward Green on Compliance Tracker through timely and accurate compliance of all returns and payments
Partnership with Stakeholders
Partner with other enabler functions – Tax, Trade, HR, LCA, RE&F to drive compliance and controllership agenda
Responsible for partnering with the Senior Management of the Business Units for seamless execution of business priorities and controllership agenda
Internal Controls and Audits
Working with Local finance teams to have a process to analyze outliers and potential Audit Issues
Working with Hyderabad Location finance lead to drive Financial Audit Issues to closure
Responsible for timely completion of Stat audit, internal audit and internal assessments without any qualifcation
Work with all stakeholders to ensure no overdue audit issues
